Sensmet wins €2.5m award from the EIC Accelerator fund

Bart Rooijakkers joins Sensmet at this key moment as we scale our real-time liquid analysis technology globally, and we are pleased to welcome him as our new Operations Manager.
Sensmet develops real-time liquid analytics for industrial process control and environmental monitoring. As we expand in the fast-growing critical metals sector, strong operational execution becomes increasingly critical. With recent EU-backed funding supporting global scaling and continued technology development, we are accelerating our international growth.
Bringing Science and Operations Together
Bart brings a rare combination of deep scientific expertise and structured operational leadership. He has a background in chemistry and material science and is soon completing his PhD in Biotechnology. His industry experience includes developing LC/MS assays for automated medical devices, along with hands-on responsibility in large-scale R&D program coordination, customer delivery projects, and complex budget and timeline management.
In his role, Bart will lead project management and contribute to application development and customer support, helping strengthen execution across our growing activities.
We are very happy to have him on board as we continue to push the boundaries of real-time liquid process analysis.
